We understand that accidents happen. If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. For minor items, we typically do not charge. For more significant damage (for example, electronics), we’ll discuss the cost with you prior to departure to avoid any surprises.
Child Safety
Please note that the staircase is very steep. If traveling with small children, close supervision is essential at all times. A child safety gate for the stairs is stored in the dining room closet.
Children should never be left unattended on the property.

The home is equipped with:
• Smoke detectors
• Carbon monoxide detectors
• A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
• A second fire extinguisher is located under the sink in the Welcome Room.
• A fire blanket is available in the kitchen.
• A first aid kit is stored in the cabinet in the Welcome Room.
