We kindly ask that you take a moment to review these guidelines at the beginning of your stay. They’re in place to ensure a safe, comfortable experience for you, our neighbors, and the surrounding community.

A security deposit, signed guest accommodation agreement, and photo ID are required at the time of booking. These must be submitted within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.

Please note that violation of house rules, as outlined in the guest agreement, may result in eviction without refund.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following:

Minimum renter age: 25

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

No parties or events

No loud music

No smoking anywhere on the property

Please turn off lights when not in use or when leaving the home

Tampering with the WiFi router or security cameras is strictly prohibited

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

A security deposit, guest accommodation agreement, and photo ID are required at the time of booking. These must be submitted within 24 hours, or your booking may be canceled. Please note that the guest accommodation agreement includes a clause stating that violation of the rules may result in eviction without a refund.



PETS

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay. Please clean up after your pets promptly and do not leave them unattended inside the home. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture unless covered and that you are mindful of noise so neighbors are not disturbed.

Please note: the yard is not fenced, so pets should be supervised while outside.

• Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests listed on your signed agreement

• No parties or events

• No outdoor speakers or amplified music

• No smoking anywhere on the property

NEIGHBORHOOD COURTESY

• Do not block driveways or emergency access lanes.

• Observe posted speed limits — when in doubt, please drive slowly.

• All trash must be placed in the provided secure containers. Garbage is collected at least once per week by a local hauler.

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

• RVs, occupied trailers, and tents are not permitted on the property at any time.

• Fires are allowed only in designated areas and must never be left unattended.

• Fireworks are illegal in residential areas and prohibited on all local beaches.

• If flying a drone, please be respectful of private property, neighbors, and wildlife

HOT TUB

• Please shower before entering.

• Keep the lid closed, power off and secured when

not in use.

PETS

• We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay.

• Dogs must be leashed unless in a clearly designated off-leash area.

Please clean up after your pets — always.

• Do not leave pets unattended inside the cabin or on the deck.
