This 19th century colonial house offers a unique glimpse into the past while providing the comforts of contemporary living. Step into a space where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to offer an exquisite experience.

The Blue Arbor is one of the oldest homes in Ann Arbor, predating city records. Throughout the past two centuries she has been a single-family home to many, a duplex, a music school and now a single-family home again. Because of her age and history, which we are still learning about, she has some quirks. We hope you will lover her as we do.

We have equipped The Blue Arbor with 4 QUEEN beds with luxury mattresses and linens and all the comforts we could think of from a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, Wine Bar and Coffee and Tea bar. We hope you have everything you could need.

As you enter enter through the “back” entrance off the 4-car driveway, there will be a bench to sit and take off your shoes and a coat rack behind the door. Just to your right is a bedroom with queen bed. On your right is the wine bar with wine/beverage fridge. On your left you will see the dishwasher, sink and full-service coffee bar with many options.

Next. You enter the living room with plenty of seating, a 65-inch Smart TV with all the usual apps including Game Pass. Two Xbox controllers are provided.

Off the living room is a small office with some storage space for luggage if needed as well as another bedroom with a Queen bed. The downstairs bathroom with rain shower head is just opposite.

As you move towards the front of the house you will step down into a hallway. On your right you will see a steep staircase to the second story On the left you will find a well-equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment

and small appliances. Across from the kitchen is a formal dining room which can double for game night with board games and puzzles supplied.

Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with Queen Beds and a full bathroom including tub.
